Our core challenge was to empower individuals to optimize their personal workspaces for sustained focus and reduced physical strain. Planned outcomes included delivering highly customizable, durable, and aesthetically pleasing furniture, demonstrably improving user comfort, efficiency, and overall satisfaction, thereby setting a new benchmark for home office solutions.
Our UX/UI strategy was fundamentally user-centric, rooted in extensive research into remote professionals' habits and pain points. Detailed user personas guided our design decisions, ensuring every interaction resonated with real-world needs. The design philosophy emphasized clarity, simplicity, and intuitiveness. For product configuration, we engineered an interactive 3D customizer, enabling real-time visualization of various desk and storage module combinations, material finishes, and accessory placements. This tool was developed for responsiveness and accessibility across diverse devices, offering a fluid and engaging design experience. Ergonomic principles were deeply embedded, guiding users towards optimal setups. Visual aesthetics prioritized a clean, minimalist design language, simplifying the selection process.
The technical foundation leveraged a modular, scalable architecture, designed for flexibility and future expansion. The Tyvitkanoral team implemented a sophisticated product configuration engine capable of managing a vast array of permutations for desks (e.g., standing/sitting mechanisms, surface materials, dimensions) and storage units (e.g., drawer types, shelving, integrated power solutions).
